 1) No Returns and Exchanges

Strictly non-refundable. Please check your orders before completing purchase. 


2) Defective and Incorrect Products
*Returns are only accepted after we have approved the request

Defective Products

This should be send across to houseoflittlebunnysg@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt (when delivery is marked as complete). 

Unless the buyer notifies House of LittleBunny Singapore within 7 days of receipt, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Buyer as being in good condition. HOLB SG offers no warranty in respect of any product after 7 days from receipt.

Please include your order number and detailed pictures of the item(s) received. We'll review it on our end and get back accordingly if you are eligible for returns. 

> *If eligible, we will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. In the event the defect item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

> *Minor stitching issues and factory markings are not considered defects. Items with slight variation to measurements stated or colours on-screen are also not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

> We reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed inappropriate

Incorrect Products

3) Terms & Eligibility

Products must be returned in original selling condition – unwashed, unworn and unaltered; in it’s original packaging.

We seek your kind understanding in accepting our Terms. House of LittleBunny Singapore reserves the right to turn away a return/exchange request should the returned products not meet the above requirements upon inspection of the products.

The following products are not eligible for any returns/exchanges:

  • Items not in original selling condition (worn, washed, altered, and not in original packaging), regardless if they are defective or not.
  • Sale items.
  • All products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

We strongly urge customers to fulfil the exchange/returns request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity. No extensions will be allowed due to system limitations.
